I just had an awful thought. So, Jim is part troll now. And Blinky is basically his father. What if Blinky takes it upon himself to try to tell Jim about the troll birds & the stone bees? Blinky would be well-meaning, but Jim would probably run for the nearest sunbeam.

On a less suggestive note, it would be interesting to find out where Troll babies come from. Do they all emerge from Heartstones like Gunmar, or do trolls plant seeds in the stone that absorb all local nutrients until theyβre ready to emerge like Gems, or do they carve their children in stone & use divine intervention to bring them to life like Wonder Woman, or do they lay eggs like Gargoyles? Itβs probably safe to say they donβt do it like humans.
