hey everybody ... long time no see.bin around alot and much to do in freelance work n study.
heres a cover art thingy I did while i was at a comicstore with other fellow artists and drawing stuff for people n kids. the owner gave us these blank marvel comics and asked us if we could do our own sort of cover or favorite X-men character.
so this is what i did and put wolverine, rogue, cylopse and the prof.X into my punk rock n roll surfbeat n hotrodding world.
this is limited to only this one ... no print only pencil.

what suprises me is the fact this isn't referencing RedLine despite all the rediculous pompadours.

its more a refrence to my own comic n characters where one has that greasy pomp.
i did see Readline at a festival, liked it a lot but knew it would bight my ass sooner or later. the same happened wehn i did a comic/manga witha a girl riding a Vespa and one year later FLCL came out and everybody was like i copied that.
but in the end, there are thousands with the same idea or theme but only a few get lucky to get it out in public with a big bang!

oh naw it's fine. hell, I wonder when the next group of people are gonna be all 'OH HEY IS THAT KAMEN RIDER???' now that the new show has a punk teenager with a pompadour.
Pretty much nothing is ever gonna state against that hairstyle being awesome, though. cuz it totally is!
