thank you very much for your kindly comment and for the 
first, i'm very sorry for my bad English but i'll try my best to descript the make up;
i used foundation with natural beige color (depends on your skin color, you may also can mix the liquid foundation with a little bit of light yellow color face paint to get the similar color with Mr.Data's skin) and combined the loose powder with pearl glitter as finishing touch.
i only had 30 minutes to made this make up since this is actually a sudden request
of-course i didn't have a chance to do a sculpt or preparing the prosthetic so i made the android part of him with paper craft and broke my bracelet into pieces to made the lamps parts........
