Alright so, a few years ago, I had an incredibly weird, and trippy dream that did involve Simpson characters (simply Bart, Lisa and Milhouse, but the later two were in another part), then again pretty much all of my dreams can be like that. Anyways, as part of it there where I caught a glimpse of this character in it (and I swear I heard a whisper-y voice that actually said "Sand Lisa". I dunno if it was a sign or something, but I couldn't get it outta my head for some time, so eventually I decided to make this.

and if your wondering about the character, let's just say she's a version of Lisa Simpson who's pretty much like Marvel's Sandman. (or possibly she's a clone or something that has Lisa's DNA, or something along that line) and if your wondering if this'll be like a character of mine, similar to an OC, well, only time will tell.
