Ok now, here me out on this,

Back in 2009, we got the "best radioactive man event ever" (which is weird because they called it a "crossocer" but, I'm not really sure if it counts. Did they mean to say it takes place in the same universe or something? I dunno. Starting in Simpsons comics #155, continuing in Bart Simpson #48, and concluding in "Simpsons super Spectacular" #9

In part 2, we see an itchy and scratchy comic where A superhero cat is inducting Scratchy into his superhero squadron. Scratchy thinks it's an honor to be in a club where all the members have at least one super power. The super cat tells Scratchy his power is that he can turn into any superhero he wants, revealing himself to be Itchy in the process. Itchy then turns himself into a Wolverine-esque superhero, and slashes Scratchy to bits. It concludes with everybody laughing and bart hoping they animate it someday.

Back when the Simpson minifigs came out, I ended up getting quite a few scratchy duplicates (one of which was used for another project I'll tell you later) and remembering the comic, I decided to use the spare scrachy head for this (Honestly, seeing is how he gets tortured and/or killed in every story, I kinda wanted to give the character a win )
