Before mutated, Xever Montes was a Brazilian street urchin. He was a master thief, that is, until he was sent to prison (after trying to steal a briefcase, possibly filled with money). There he made his own weapons, and it was also where Shredder found him. He then became one of his top henchmen in the Foot Clan. He was then paired with Chris Bradford, and tasked with finding and killing Splinter.
