This is a beautiful photo. You’ve really caught the majesty of the swan! The ripples are perfectly captured, including the tiny set of circles where I presume a drip has fallen from the swan’s beak. I love the blue at the front fading to white at the back and the reflection of the swan’s head and neck are great. My only suggestion would be that I’d have probably cropped some of the right side away – perhaps to the spot where the white reaches farthest forward (or even more) so that the swan is not closer to the left edge than the right the way it is now. I realise that would put the swan in the centre, both left/right and top/bottom and you’re probably going more for the rule of thirds, but the way it is, I just feel that it’s about to exit the photo rather than stay for me to admire it. The crop would also reduce the overall white colour so that the swan gets a greater percentage of the white in the photo and so remains the main feature. Anyway, it’s a gorgeous photo. I really like it!

I won’t call this a critique because I don’t think I’m experienced enough but I’m happy to give my thoughts. This is a beautiful photo. You’ve really caught the majesty of the swan!
