Description
This was an entry I made into an art contest at a local video game store back in the late 90's. I worked so hard on this and I wanted to do something different from the standard fanart that was being submitted. So I threw in a bunch of random characters and some bad Japanese to make it look cool.
It didn't win but they had so many entries it was hard for the judges, I remember them telling me. There's quite a few characters in there I have not drawn since this picture was made, some of which I have no idea who they even are. O_o;

The street fighter with the glasses is Charlie, and the Lion-like guy at the top is from capcom's breath of fire.

As for the streetfighter guy, the glasses have me stumped... I was about to say it was Guile before I noticed the glasses...
Our mystery blob thing in the corner... I dunno... Kind of reminds me of the Puyo Pop thingies, but without the giant eyes...
And, yes. Megaman when he isn't being Megaman is named Rock. Some people actually call his superhero form Rockman(which I think is what it originally was going to be.). It ties in with the music theme what with his sister being named Roll.
