Well, it's not exactly my desktop screenshot, but I just wanted to be able to put this picture on my page after I fiddled around with it. XDFor some reason him as Byakuya makes me giggle. He acts nothing like his character backstage.

I love it! The choreography can be hilariously wierd but the costumes are awesome and the actors/actresses ore very fun to watch backstage!

I love that video! If you're referring to Gin's Dance Studio! There are so many hilarious moments back stage, I can't name them all. Like one where they moved Toshiro's makeup and stuff from the dressing room to the steps of the stage! That was hilarious!

They don't exist as far as I know.
The Bleach Musicals were done by a very organized/funded group of Japanese fans. Otherwise some of them might have had better singing voices. D:

Have you seen the vid where...ah jeez i can't remember... i think gin and izuru and *insert name here lol* are practicing their dance or whatever and Byakuya just comes in and joins them like its totally natural?

I may or may not have seen that one. But I do love Gin's Dance Studio. Where Byakuya is standing in front of Aizen, Gin starts the dance, then Byakuya is kind of like "Oi!" as he turns around to Aizen to ask if he touched his butt. Shuuji then says "No. You stand in front from now on". Then later on before Kira randomly walks into the para-para, Aizen is suddenly behind Shuuji again and is playing with his scarf (us taking it and tossing it in Byakuya's face). That video has to be my favorite.
