This is really an amazing piece! When Asiil sent me the link I was...astounded! The colors, the detail...everything~ You really outdid yourself and when she told me she only payed you $30 I was literally speechless. This is quality work and I am amazed by it. :3 Bravo!

This is incredibly beautiful, Kain. It's been a while since I last saw a painting where I had to simply sit back and let my eyes wander over it for a good ten minutes or more to savor all of the detail.
You did an astounding job on the scales, and I adore the warm tones used all throughout--the lighting reminds me of cold nights by a fireplace, listening to and passing around tales, which must have been your intent as this piece and its subject are both titled 'Storyteller'.
Her mane is excellent, and the etchings of dragons on her horns, the key around her neck, the subtle folds at the thumbs of the wings, the perfectly blended tones on the fabric, the detail of the rings on her fingers, the feather on the anklet, the used look of the belt, the places where she's missing scales--God, Kain, you really outdid yourself. I can't stop staring. And there aren't even any boobies to speak of.

Now you know what I did when the final product was recieved. I highly highly recommend Kain's work to anyone. I care less about speed and more about quality and he hit her SPOT ON. Total five stars as a commission from me.

I love it, you did it wonderfully! She looks mostly androgynous, but you can also tell she's not male. THAT'S how I like dragons to look, man. This is how they're SUPPOSED to look--no extreme physical differences between the genders, but at the same time with the gender not too hard to discern, kind of like the dragons of DnD. Props to her player for knowing this, and props to you for being so good at pulling it off.

Thanks! I don't work with different resolutions, I just work with massiver sizes. The original size was about four times the size of this, so ~ 4000 by 4000 pixels. Phew!

Golden's no joke, that lady is SHINY. Awesome looking too, you can really feel the texture on the tail scales, especially.
