kinda seems like she's in some sort of Con Dar xP I don't mind hihihinot much to say here just used a loooot of blur and color balance
no textures or brushes this time.. it's cuz I am back on my school computer and I have absolutely NO resources here xP

LOOOOOOOOOOOL oh my god that made me laugh! yeh if u notice there's also a hand on her shoulder and a figure behind her. he that's some other guard dude in the background trying to stop her from behind.. he was already rather dark in the original picture and I wanted to focus on Kahlan so he kinda died....
