--------------Sob Story------------------So, here we are. I wrote a journal about this pic. [link]
That's right, SAI froze on me! It's never done that before in all the months I've been using it... T__T
Anyway, I powered through and used a screenshot I took while Sai was frozen to re-do all of the coloring, shading, highlighting, etc... The eyes, though. Oh man, they came out a lot worse than they were originally.

This is my first "official" time trying to do my lineart freehand with my tablet. I think it came out ok. Not great, not bad, just ok. Do you think it's better than my normal way of linearting where I use the line tool?
I made the background from scratch. Luckily I saved that before SAI froze. It alone took me a pretty long ime and it was super frustrating to do. If the bg didn't save, there wouldn't BE a background.
About the pose... I asked my sister to give me a pose and she said handstand... Sure. But Mint can do better than a simple handstand!

Yeah, for this one I scanned in my pencilwork like I always do, but instead of doing the lineart with the line tool in SAI, I tried it freehand using the pen tool.
