“Listen-uh… Frisk told me that you sometimes… remember things. Things that technically happened, and yet not.”
A few, stunned seconds pass.
“…you too?”
“Sometimes.” Asgore grimaces. “Bits and pieces. You wanna talk about it?”
After a few more seconds, Asgore looks to find sans looking into his own lap. He puts his big hand on the tiny skeleton’s back, feeling it tremble.
“…sure.”
