I personally don't hope any ships become canon because of how many flame wars it would cause between shippers. I'm not a part of the FlutterMac/MarbleMac/CheeriMac communities, but I can imagine a lot of hate and arguments were born because of episode 8 of season 7. Also, I respect FlutterDash shippers even though I'm not one, but I really cannot see Hasbro confirming two of MLP's mane characters lesbian/bi and turning them into a couple, especially with a TV-Y rating. It may make sense for some people in fanfictions and their minds, but I don't think Hasbro is ever gonna make one of the mane 6 fall in love with another one of the mane 6 in the actual show.
