Description
My character from a Dungeons and Dragons game I played with friends over a few years from lvl 1 - 20. He was a Hobgoblin Hexblade Warlock, devoted to the cult of the Pallid Mask, a group revering Hastur. At around lvl-7, (due to some RNG in my favor) he got ahold of the sword "Defender" and using a piece of the Yellow King's robes, formed a pact using the legendary weapon as his main weapon for a long while.

His devotion later allowed the eldritch magic to warp and twist the sword into something wholly new. A blade of pure Psychic damage capable of inflicting the effects of a confusion spell, which he named "Citrinitas".

Fun Fact: I always imagined his voice sounding like Zaeed Massani from Mass Effect.
