"Piece of the Lord"
The Harmony Pokémon: Archom [ARK-ohm]
Ability: Disarm
Much like Pressure, each move used against Archom will have additional PP deducted when used. However, instead of having 2 PP deducted instead of 1 PP, Disarm forces the pokémon to use up 5 PP instead.
"At the beginning of time, Arceus came from the Egg of Chaos and created Time and Space; Matter and Antimatter; Spirit. It set guardians to these important elements, too: Dialga and Palkia; Giratina; Uxie, Azelf and Mesprit.
And then, Arceus fell into a great slumber... but as it did so, he thought of all it had created and wondered if it was enough.
Spirit, too, it thought, could also be broken. Perhaps more elements, more guardians, were necessary...
But it was too late, and it fell into a slumber.
From his profound and mysterious dreams, emerged Archom. It was the product of Arceus' wish to see his creations meld together and stay peaceful.."
Archom is a small and not very powerful pokémon as far as legendaries are concerned. It does not know any offensive moves except Fairy Wind, Draining Kiss, Grass Knot and Frenzy Plant.
Its first signature move is Compatability, which changes Target A's type to the same as Target B. Outside of battle, Compatability allows for the breeding of any two pokémon.
Its second signature move is Dulcet Roots, and is one of the few offensive moves (besides those mentioned above) that can be learned by Archom. Archom drives its golden vine-like appendages into the ground and brings it up again under the target pokémon. The golden vines grip onto the pokémon and drag it down, forcing it against the ground and possibly burying it under dirt. Dulcet Roots has a super-powered version, but it is unseen at the moment.
In reality, Archom can learn moves from any HM or TM, but will refuse to use offensive moves more than three times in the same battle.
It is said that, when Arceus awakens, Archom disappears, unneeded, from the world. He will reappear when Arceus returns to slumber.
It seems he's made his home on Cherrice Island ...? Sightings are rare, few and far between.
The colour of the crystals on his back change colour with every few sightings. It is being disputed by scientists whether the colour changes according to Archom's will, or whether they change seasonally.
It is said, however, that the crystals on its back can be used to evolve any pokémon, and, if the crystal is crushed and made into incense, it can encourage breeding between two pokémon.
The blue and pink crystals in its fur NEVER change colour. It is for now thought to be decorative.

Notes on Legendary PokemonIt should first be noted that only a few of the legendaries are truly unique(meaning only one of them will or has ever existed).
Many legendaries of a particular kind may exist in the same time frame. I.E. A new Entei is said to be born from a newly formed volcano.
Alternatively, though many legendaries of a particular kind may not exist in the same time frame, the legendaries who are not unique are also not immortal and may die or be reborn. I.E. The celebi of the past may not be the same celebi of the present, even in they are time travellers.
The only truly unique legendaries are: Arceus, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Regigigas, Jirachi
These pokémon are also unique because they were man-made: Mewtwo, Genesect
