Hey folks! I've got the week off from work and so I figured I'd do a little artwork since I have nothing else to do. I was looking on my computer at reference pictures I had accumulated, and came across this one from The Shining and thought it'd make a good scratchboard! Bada bing, bada bang, bada boom, a couple of hours later here it is! The Shining is one of those movies that gave me the creeps so badly as a kid I didn't see it until I was an adult and now it's one of my favorite horror movies. Something about those twins and the old lady in the tub that just gave me the willies!Image size is roughly 5 x 9. Hope you guys like it!

Nice! I dig your strip man! Are you with a syndicate or in any papers or is it exclusively a webcomic? I know I've seen some swearing in there on occasion so I guess the strip wouldn't be in, oh, the Watchtower, for example.

I can watch other movies though like The Ring and Saw. They were "supposed" To be unwatchable due to how scary they were!? What a joke.

No kidding. Although I did go see Paranormal Activity a couple of months ago and was very impressed. Probably one of the creepiest movies I've seen in YEARS. Then again, I'm into those ghost hunting shows and stuff like that. But the actors were really believable and the effects were good, yet understated. More like that fear of the unknown and what they're NOT showing you kinda thing.
