WoW~ this is AWSOME!!!
I realy am a big fan of Visual Styles and ive been through almost every Visual Style i could find
(i dont like 3rd party programs as they turn out to make my computer slow)
and well.. how to put this.. THIS IS THE BEST IVE SEEN SO FAR!!!
I like the glow of the buttons, the taskbar, the windows, the start button, everythin'
the only thing i can tell about it is you should maybe make the taskbar a weeee bit smaller
and center the logoff buttons to the midle of the logoff windoff (from what ive seen on the other preview//i know, this sentence wasnt all that good ^^ still learning english after all)
but....

i dont know much about skinning too , thats the problem ......... to design a skin is easy , to let it work on windows is much harder

So, designing a skin is not easy, but turning some psd into a VS or a WB is just a matter of time.

Hab allerdings einen Kritikpunkt und zwar:
Im StartmenΓΌ wo der Username steht, wieso hast du da den Font geΓ€ndert? Das war eigentlich beabsichtigt so, weil man es so besser lesen kann.

also ......... hab die schrift geΓ€ndert damit se zum rest passt , ausserdem hab ich se im gegensatz zu meinem step vorher nochma auf bold gesetzt und schriftschΓ€rfung reingemacht da das windows eh macht und es ohne kacke aussah .........

looks good, but i'd say a slimmer look may benefit the style. And also if possible offer a standard font because many of the smaller / fancier fonts used maybe hard to read which does affect overall usability of the style. Just my input
