many, many moons ago when I first joined deviantart, I creepily asked if I could use this neato steel Latios design in a pairing picture with Karu. He told me yes. Fast forward I came into ownership of his design. Fast forward to now and I finally get around to drawing them togetherit took me like 8 years but i did it
