This is *fabulous*. Novel (not seen a take on the 'space pirates' comment before this one!) *and* exceptionally well done. I really love the detail you've put in! The 'barbarian' make-up, the paint job on Shep's armour, and the rocket launcher in Jack's arm is just the perfect finishing touch. 
Is there any chance I might ask if I could post this to the albums of a Facebook page I admin? I'm not sure we have a Jack-FemShep romance folder yet (shame on us!) and I'd love to add this to it, although I appreciate that perhaps romance wasn't what you had in mind (they could just be good friends in your picture). It's still such a lovely thought for one way the two might have wound up together after everything, and romance would be nice (let's just cut the bit where she had to declare she definitely was *not* interested in women! lol). sorry for the insanely long lag getting back to you - as you probably noticed I don't check my da page much anymore. but absolutely feel free to post on your fb page (that goes for the others you may have wanted to post as well), as long as credit is given of course. I don't personally ship the two and the space pirates au is with a more bff-like vibe in mind, however I totally don't mind the pairing one bit and dig that people can interpret it that way
