Rem is by far the most morally sound character in the whole series. I really admire her for that. The big contradiction about her is that she's so much more human than the actual humans on the show. This makes me realize that she's my favourite character in Death Note.
Your drawing is absolutely amazing by the way. The shadows are stunning, and I feel as though I can just reach out and touch the textures on her bones. Overall, a very striking and memorable piece.

Awesome picture! Rem is one of my favourite Death Note characters, if not my number one favourite death note character! I agree with Kawaiinkoangel1, she has such a big heart, even though she's a Shinigami, and she's so protective of Misa... You can tell she loves Misa way more than Light ever did... Which I suppose makes her a bit of a lesbian character (which I find slightly unsettling, since I'm straight)... But even if Rem is lesbian and I'm not, I still think she's awesome!
