Created for the Eggman Empire Sonic Riders contest. Robotnik is clearly shown here riding a hoverboard, but however in the game, he cannot (and that includes skate shoes). Explain to me why he can't.Done in Sonic Riders style, created with markers and coloured pencil. All freehand. Roughly four hours. Pencil marks are digitally cleaned from this picture (as if there was much to begin with.)
