Cheating is the gift man gives himself! Yeah I am doing inktober but I'm going to do it digital.

So 31 days of witches and that means 31 days of Mr. Burns being shoved into witch themes (and dresses.) I am going to take this guy as far as my limited imagination and the FOX networks will allow me.

Day 1 was a seasonal witch and I chose Spring since we already had a canonical winter witch version of him with his Ice Queen/White Witch outfit. And to follow seasonal guidelines I made the Spring Witch a young Monty Burns (age 20-ish?) since the winter version is his elderly, acerbic self. He looks like a sprightly, seductive type eh? Filled with the brim of innocence and discord. So it was hard of me to find a negative reason about spring (except allergies,) but I realized why not animal attacks?
Unfortunately I was going to give him a hunting horn but I forgot it up until after I did the shading.

Oh well, he can manipulate animals and nature at his will to create chaos for his entertainment. Homer had a little mishap with a bees hive. Why was Homer after a bee's hive? Who knows? Maybe he pissed off Burns, or maybe he was after honey?

Nevertheless it is a brief but excellent bout of japery for his sadistic senses.
