Despite being a mere flat 2Dimentional thing in reality, I can conceptually feel the weight and different textures of this character. The smooth scratchy shell, the leathery sagging skin, bristly tail... You did an awesome job with this : )

Vash is right, a chimaera is just a mix of different species of animals, usually put together from the "Best" parts of each creature
However, moving on
This reminds me of those beasts from "The Dark Crystal" if you've ever seen it.

Aren't chimera's a half lion/dragon mix? Or was that eagle? But cow/turtle....not an easy mix.
