Ah, a sheltie? Thought she looked a fair bit stockier than anthro collies tend to be portrayed. Even if shelties have always gotten a bit of the collie glamour trickling down, always a joy seeing some of the smaller and less famed sheepdogs getting their own time in the sun.
As an enthusiast of Yoshitoshi, do very much enjoy the woodblock print aesthetic, not just in the linework and gradients but how the perspective is - not all over the place as some may critcize - but exactly where it needs to be to suit the objects in the scene, as well as the mix of naturalistic and stylized elements.
The foilage is nothing short of fantastic; while there is a visible difference between the freehanded and custom brushed leaves on a closer look, keeping with the print aesthetic the overall impression is comparable to the best results on could achieve with stamps historically.Β Perhaps the cherry blossom pattern may be a bit simplistic consisting only of circles, especially compared to how the grasses and distant shrubs on the same depth are a lot more sharply defined. The choice of "fur as skin" with little fur texture next to the highly detailed flowers and leaves is also peculiar, showing relatively undetailed parts of the character against an elaborate background - or perhaps less peculiar and more extraordinary as it works quite well. Especially with how the fur has some quite elaborate patterned lighting, fur texture would probably just have made it cluttered.
There is an interesting - and if I may say so, absolutely gorgeous - mix of accessories here, especially the jewellery with the coherent mix of rings and pearls throughout. It is however somewhat hard telling what is going on around her neck. The red collar with the stud and rings is a real beauty, but is there a second, shirt-like collar below it? From the shading she looks to be wearing a mesh top under the spaghetti top, but the collar seems very thick and sturdy in comparison. In either case the dog collar is a splendid piece of work.
If you do not mind the curiosity, if you have any thoughts on the worldbuilding and design principles when it comes to pet accessories on anthros - such as dog collars - would be delighted if you would share them.
There are a few details which seem to have been overlooked and could have used a second pass: The bark pattern disappears conspicuously on the branch in the upper right, and on the right edge just above elbow height there is a stray green brush stamp which looks more like a dropped sprig of parsley than part of the foilage. But that is pure nitpicking.

As for her design, I didn't design her myself, I commissioned her design from another artist and I believe the undershirt is indeed a mesh collared top over the tank top c:

Most welcome, and thank you for sharing her <3 Nobody's perfect - my best work thus far has a lazy eye and 1Β½ horizons - but there is no need to be either, so long as it is beautiful as it is, a pleasure to paint and a stepping stone. Her original designer did some fine work, and as did you rendering her.
I was curious if, in the setting your anthro characters inhabit, dog collars have special cultural significance. Such as if there is a history why they exist and are worn by anthros.

If you have a green earth store and you live near cherry blossoms, get a bonsai kit by March, plant it during March and add cherry blossom branches. Then, in May, if possible, can you show me a pic of your bonsai? The kits usually aren't expensive at all.
