It's a good outfit, but it doesn't match Rainbow's style...

As much as Rainbow Dash makes an adorable Princess, I can't really see her flying around in a dress. Rainbow Dash's personality conflicts too much with whole notion of what it means to act all regal. She's far too much of a free spirit to obey stuffy court etiquette rules.
