Portal 2 is horrible in some ways. First, I like Wheatley. Then I hate him. Then I send him off to space. Then I get that part at the end where he regrets everything and I FEEL SO BAD FOR HIM!!!!! GRAAA!

im so sorry i never got back to you, i've been gone from da for quite a while XD
basically all I did was create wheatley's eye in photoshop, and then import it into illustrator for the text but honestly you could to the whole thing in photoshop. the one thing thats nice about illustrator though is you can create a really nice "base" for whatever you're looking to do this for, depending on whether they're really geometric or not and then just import the base into photoshop for shading and it would most likely be a lot more precise than freehanding circles and squares in photoshop.
also sorry if this is completely incoherent, i'm quite tired hahaha!
