It's just an effect brush, the real challenge was the inking I did here. Hours of work.

I've finally nailed down the colours / design I think and I really changed up the way I ink. So hopefully that really shows through.

I was a bit worried too when I first saw the reduced version.
Some art is very intriguing as a thumbnail and turns out kinda blaa, but other art looks dull as a thumbnail and is awesome up close. It's funny how size makes a difference that way. (cringing for inevitable joke)

i figure the ones of mine that dont look good small will get less views but oh well thumbs cant matter that much

I'm really quite pleased with this one too.
I sketched from scratch, I inked and coloured without using any special brushes or references and so I am very proud of this and I'm really happy that so many people like!
