Here's a spoiler so if you're planning on seeing season three, don't read...
Anyways, well, after Total Drama Action, there was Total Drama World Tour, a season where they basically travel around the world in a big plane and have to compete in challenges that have to do with the country, for example, when they were in Egypt they had to weave a raft and sail it down the Nile and they had to either climb over the bricks of a pyramid, or go under it. Well, Duncan quit on episode one, and dang, Courtney was pissed because now she didn't really had anyone to really support her in the game. She developed a strong friendship with Gwen. Well, thirteen episodes later and a few team switches and what not, Duncan is found in London when they were having a Kill or Be Killed thing where they had to catch Jack the Ripper before he catches them. After the challenge and one of the three teams win, Gwen is in the confessional and Duncan walks in on her since the lock is broken. They tease each other romantically, and out of nowhere, they begin to makeout. Tyler walks in (he was a fairly important character in the season...well, he talked much more than he had in Total Drama Island and Action) and is in shock and stuff. One of the two newcomers who joined the third season, Alejandro (think of Justin and Heather combined) forced Tyler to spit out his secret, he does, and from that point on, Courtney goes in a major fit of rage and it really ruins her once more humble attitude than her previous seasons where she was a bit cruel. Now, she threw the challenges and had one main objection, eliminate Gwen at all costs. Well, Gwen survived for four episodes, but finally, Courtney got her. After that, Courtney started turning into a bit of a...whore, since that's all I can think of. She tried to makeout with any guy she could, but eventually developed a relationship with Alejandro, making Heather angry as she and Alejandro had a "I hate you, but I think we should put aside the fact that we are both villainous, and should just makeout". Alejandro backstabbed Courtney and got her eliminated while they were in Niagara Falls, along with Blaineley (if you saw the Total Drama Action special, you'll know she hosts Celebrity Manhunt, a show that has her interview celebrites, and of course, she was the interviewer of the Total Drama cast) who accidentally joined the season after she won a competition during the aftermath that would allow any eliminated or non-competing contestant have a chance to join, and she gave Beth (the one who just had to answer one question and she could join the season since, during the special, she wasn't able to get in season three) the answer, earning her a spot on the show.
Making the long story short, she went from a CIT, to a villain, to a nice person, to a rage-a-holic.
By the way, there is a season four, but it includes a completely new cast and takes place back at Camp Wawanakwa. Sorry for the big, long spoilers xD

Heh, that's easy!
Set your brush to the thickest you want their eyelashes to be (so look at the outer part of the eye), then on the Brushes menu go to shape dynamics and set the minimum diameter to 35% (or higher).
Then, using the pen tool, create the shape of the eye starting from the part closest to the nose. Once you have your preferred eye shape, right click and select "Stroke Path..." make sure Brush is selected and the Simulate Pressure option is checked, click "ok" and you're done!
Easy!
