Looks nice alright. I'd suggest loosening up her chest edge though. Following the original design is always a good choice, but I think in the case of TD characters you sometimes need to break a few rules to make it look right. Good job.

Nice pose, it feels very natural with the subtle weight shift and head tilt. TDI is normally so stiff it's good to see you loosen her up a bit, it makes a world of difference.

Yeah! I had the model sheet in front of me while I was sketching and I tried to bend things a bit more naturally. I really agonized for a while if it was the right thing to do, but this version seemed the best when I inked it and here it tis.

4 things that are hard to believe:
1)shes a teenager
2)that she has a body like that
3)that this is a kid's show
4)that it's so easy to do this without changing the character in any way, shape, or form.

Hmm, well...
I'm not sure precisely how old the characters are so I can't say for sure for no. 1
2. Cartoons are for both kids and adults (and well, everything in between that can tolerate dodgy writing), worth mentioning that it's a time honoured tradition to throw in some sex appeal for the older kids *cough*
3. It's rated PG up here, so I expect the target audience is in the teenage zone. In fact I'm quite sure that some of the humour is more sophisticated than most kids would enjoy.
4. It helped a great deal when I had the model sheet to work with. With the basic forms it was easy to derive something new (and hopefully interesting). It also included colour samples (which made life waaaaaay easier, considering I'm legally blind).
I used a custom brush for the shadow effect though, not sure how well it stands on its own.
Anyway, a fun bit o' fluff.

if you saw the first episodes of both seasons it says that they are teens. great to know that there are still shows that can give a bit of sex appeal these days. you werent the only one that had to use the model sheet. it really did help but i couldnt get it on model like this. it is a fun bit o' fluff.
