Somebody put a bug in my ear about this character so I did her really quick in Photoshop.Yes, very very girly art.
I regret nothing!
EDIT: I messed up, fixed and the ugly lines disappear I hope!

There was a cartoon a decade ago (or so) about the Archie character "Sabrina the Teenage Witch" this is her ultimate foe. Usually she's dressed differently but there was one episode where she put a dress on which I think is cute, so I done drawed it!
