Thanks very much. With this pic I tried something a little different in the sketching stage and it worked out really well. I broke her down into basic three dimensional elements (spheres and cylinders) and tried to imagine what they would look like at various angles and then with that groundwork laid I started constructing her look from previous work I've drawn.
The number one thing I've learnt in the past few days is that don't fear your own minds eye. I imagined her like this and she came out exactly like I wanted.
