I'm thinking that she's a cunning lass who roams the seven seas in the Kagemaru a retrofitted Soviet submarine. Her ninja clan had to take to the seas after their tiny island was sunk in 1911 by a rival clan.

She looks awesome Tiki, your OC on paper and she is gorgeous! However in agreement with , she definitley needs different footwear, cause unless you were thinking heels from the very beginning, even on a female piratess, I'm not sure that this would fit the bill.

Elastic or inflatable? Blows herself up like a balloon to float about or can take a deep breath to become light and walk on air ... perhaps even use pellets that contain powders to knock out or blind people ... she pops! and sprays that among the victims. Shocked and then immobile, she robs them of their good and possibly their lives ... or just ties them up for information. All sorts of fun can be had with her.
