She's from the Danny Phantom cartoon, she gained power if people chanted her name.

An artist I know on tumblr was getting the gears from some people saying that they hadn't made Ember's breasts big enough, which was ridiculous...

Mostly yes, some jerks were giving someone I know a hard time about their artwork, saying that they drew Embers breasts too small when, in my opinion, they were just fine.
