Looks really good so far. Hah i thought this finished also till i full viewed at aswell^^ Nice colours used on the picture with the background blending with her colours. Really captures that Egyptian feel. Plus I love the contrast of her slender waist and curvy hips.

Yeah! I'm so glad I added a colour layer now, I'm getting a lot of great feedback on it
I wanted her to have a striking silhouette and with the exception of her left arm/hair I think she stands out really well!

This looked like a completed piece instead of a "sketch" to me, until I full-viewed it, and then I could see it's a little rough around the edges, but still, it looks really good. Something about all the golds and browns gives this kind of an old timey feel, plus her costume makes me think of a dancer in the 1920s or maybe an actress in a silent film about Cleopatra.

Thanks! Sometimes I like to play with adding sort of faux colour and shadows/highlights just to see what the sketch will look like in a semi-completed state.

By accident I also added highlights to the sketch layer so.. to get just the pure line art again I'm gonna have to play with levels... d'oh!
