Ok, I've had this idea since... April?
Anyways, this guy here: *generationm started a surprise art jam that mixes mythology with cartoons and darn it his first sketch was Medusa (well Candace from Phineas & Ferb as Medusa). So, I'm gonna challenge him for the spot before he even finishes hahaha

I kinda hope the colour looks all right, I'm working with my new monitor...
I do still have a little cleanup to do on this here and there (damn bleeding layers!)

the beginning in seson 3 she was really nice to duncan she helping him courtney due Duncan sing in the bigining and not voted (Big Grin) she really care him and she not wanted duncan eleminated that is really nice to her (Smile) that is why I think she learn someting after seson 2 I also felt that cared for him very bigining to seson 3 (Smile)

In The begining of seson 3 she was really nice with gwen ! I mean She made a healing cream Gwen burning hand What a nice friend she is ! heather not doit this Heather newer liked gwen in the whole series ! But courtney like and nice to her in the begining and that is true !
I don't like when people say things like "Courtney is acting as a bitch around Gwen, a whole year passed since TDWT so she should get over etc...", because a thing like that and the humiliation on TV, in front of the whole world is not a thing that can be forgiven so easily, especially if the person that has deceived you didn't talk to you for a whole year. ?

can you tell me how you managed to do this? I've still new to editing and am curious.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking.
First I did a rough sketch, then I did the inks (here [link] ) using the Photoshop Pen tool. Once I was happy with the inks I added colour and backgrounds and a few effects. The whole thing probably took about 8-10 hours over two days.
The main thing when drawing any cartoon character is that they can all be broken down into basic geometric shapes, so start sketching the larger shapes and work your way inside to the details. The TDI characters can be a bit of a challenge because they use a lot of concave lines which is unnatural and goes against what your brain tells you is right.
For example:

Courtney's head is a pentagon, her hip area is an oval, her torso is sort of a "P" shape, knees are circles, her legs, neck, hands and feet are triangles. If you can get good at drawing the basic shapes the characters are made of you can start putting those shapes together into forms.
There's an excellent book to help you get started if you want to draw really solid cartoon characters: Cartoon Animation by Preston Blair (ISBN: 1560100842). It focuses on construction for animation but its an excellent book for any illustrator (I know its helped me out!)
As for tools, if you are drawing on paper I highly recommend using a flex-curve for any of the TDI characters (as well as a ruler and a compass). On computer I know some of my compatriots use Illustrator or Flash for this kind of work but I find Photoshop works for me.
