Knowing the logic of the show Kitty probably tired to stop D.O.O.M. from stealing the ticket booth daily profit (about 28 dollar and 60 cent) through a western style stick-up heist (probably from something Snaptrap once saw on TV). But then she ended up getting knocked out (probably by something Dudley did). Then once she wakes up she finds herself in this situation.
Ollie: That's brilliant boss. Using the attractions to take care of Agent Katswell was a stroke of pure genius.
Snaptrap: Really? I just wanted to tie someone to a railroad really bad.
