she does look familiar, like from some sci-fi anime I've seen long ago, involving a family of space explorers, an alien girl, and a little robot, travelling through the galaxy.

You know, I don't think it's a particular character... Rather there were around 20 folks from the 70's/80's that had a similar style... Everyone mentioned Wilykit and Jayna already, I can think of a couple other Saturday morning faves with the sameish look... Silverhawks comes to mind, and there was a one-off group from TMNT that had someone like that..

Except for the earrings, the resemblence to Jayna is strong. The clothing detail however looks to lead into that up-swept pointed-shoulder "cuff" which gives her an animΓ© or superhero feel.
I'm tempted to say something along the lines of the 80s revamp of Space Ghost or Teen Force. Not a headliner, but on the shows or around that time.
