Just a small snippet from the Fatestale AU I've been playing with in my spare time. This particular set is only three pages long. Most of the story will be slice of life, 4komas (four panel gag comics), and potential askblog.

As I've mentioned in previous entries, G is the amalgamation of Sans and Gaster, in an accident that threw them from their world into essentially our own, in modern day New York city. G spends much of his time trying to find his way home and sort through his jumbled memories, becoming sidetracked once he finds an abandoned baby in a dumpster. In his struggle to fend for himself and raise young Frisk, he ends up having to branch out and actually meet people to ensure the child lives as normal a life as he can give her. Through this he winds up running into the NYPD as people tend to freak out at the sight of a skeleton and him waking up in their morgue one too many times.

The scene opens up with G and his detective partner, Blake Dawson driving to a crime scene. G of which isn't in the least bit happy with this, as he prefers to work in the forensics labs where he doesn't have to interact with many people. However, his skill in finding evidence and reading people drives the team to start nudging him into more active fields.

(Blake overall is your stereotypical gruff, cold shouldered cop who lost too much in a case several years back. He's rough around the edges, doesn't care for others opinions, and speaks his mind, even if it's rather offensive. Though despite his rather tsundre nature, G ends up helping him open up to the idea of having a partner again, and even getting to know other people, where as Blake himself helps G learn to trust in some humans. He is one of two people that G actually trusts to have his back, and with the safety of his kid should anything happen to him.
