Description

I tried to draw today but it's one of these days that it's been busy and I feel a bit tired to have the patience. XD
So I was organizing my old drawings and I reminded this one! This one drawing, I made it for my "art history2 class back on November 2014.
The teacher's assignement was to pick up an actor/actress or singer we liked or were fan of and an art current we liked the most, and combine them to make a poster for that artist.
In my case my favorite Art current it's and will always be art nouveau. Because it's just too elegant, stylized and organic wih all those round and curly shapes.
And one of my favorite artist is Enya, although I have very few favorite artists and I thought Enya could fit very well with art nouveau.
I love her voice and the calm vibe of her music! It’s the greatest thing to relax yourself when you're stressed. Also I admire the fact that she never had to show off her body like a slut like a lot of other female singers to find a place on music industry! That talks really well of her!
I love all the misticism, glamour and elegance that she portraits, I when I was a kid there was a time I wanted to be a singer
And I wanted to be like her, that kind of singer that is elegant and beautiful and doesn’t need to sell her body to be noticed on the music industry.
By the way the french word it's because art nouveau comes from France, so very often the posters of this art style I saw had french text.
