Hi there folks! How are you doing?
I just spend these past 3 days with my family, because my dad came to Chiapas so we could like to enjoy time doing stuff all together like a family, since it's not that often that we do stuff together, so I'll not be online for these days. Now I have some great news, my mom and dad said it was ok for me and my brother to be here for other 2 weeks! I'm so glad I'll have some more days of vacation! so now I have the time, would love to share with you the last drawing I made before my dad arrived. Made completely with Sketchbook express, since I have no photoshop in these moments, but I've got used to this software

No, this is not widget! It's one of the (secondary?? ) characters from the show "Il etait une fois...la vie", or "erase una vez...la vida" as in spanish was translated when I watched the show. In the show these were the ones who represented the proteins in the body called "Interferon" which have a few different tipes. If you would like to know more about the interferon....don't google it, better watch "Once upon a time life" ! If my memory it's good, the episode that talks about the brain has them in it I think.

I drew this fanart cos I feel like I owe this to the show, there's so little (or nothing!) of artwork from this show that gave so much fun and amazing stuff to learn when I was a little kid. So I just think it's time to give back, to say thank you to this show with a little art tribute.
When I was a kid, the show fascinated me! ^^ *chuckles* It was simply wonderful! And these dudes, I always thought they were specially cute, and I think that's why they called my attention, and they are one of the things I remember the most of this show.

Even today I remember in my mind the image of these little purple fellas, who had little legs that looked a lot like the Warner's road-runner when they were running going from one place to another carring little kind of scrolls with the orders emitted by the brain. I remember them a lot also, running from one neuron to another, connected, with the messages in hand, sending the messages to the brain, pretty much like as in a relay race!
They were a lot, I think the episode where that happened was in the one who talked about the brain and the neurons (if my memory doesn't fail me ) episode which I specially remember fondly, because with that episode I finally could know something I had wondered; how the brain sends the nerve impulses and how the neurons comunicated to each others. And I thought it was so amazing how they represented that on the cartoon! It was so easily and well represented!

Right now I'm remembering other episode, the one who talked about the eye, that one was really much fun too, it was so interesting to see how the eye sends the signals of what it sees as the nerve impulses, and then the brain de-codifies the information and separates all of what the eye sees and then stores all that info on different parts of the brain It was such an amazing, and full of action, episode. Like Ozzy & Drix, but a lot more accurate to scientific facts and also very well represented. And the best thing was that in this show people didn't put gross jokes like they did in Ozzy and Drix sometimes. (Ozzy and Drix fans, as much as I love that show too, you must admit that, a few of it's jokes were gross and kid of disrespectful! ) No offense for the ozzy drix fans. I love both shows

A funny thing is, I always adored these little guys, but it's the first time I draw something about them *chuckles* And for the ones who know what show I'm talking about, yes I know that the lower part looked like the Road-runner's legs, but since they were traveling via nervious impulse, and that is electric, I've always though that they might have been looked more cool like this design. Like if they were really electric, with an electric bottom part. So I tried to put my theory with this sort of redesign Hope you like it!
