So does that mean she has a boat, or a ship... or a team? Or is she like... Captain N, that kinda Captain?
ALSO in regards to manning a boat without a license, two things:
First, who needs a license? Toons naturally know how to man stuff just by watching someone else do it. They see it in movies all the time. Sure, the disclaimers say "don't try this at home" but they never said "don't try this in a public and crowded area" now did they?
Secondly, okay sure there's a SLIGHT (90%) chance she'll crash it. But hey, how do you think all those boat-shaped HQ's got into the streets? They weren't built there, someone crashed them there... then they decided "Aw, whatever this is fine. We can use this as a hub of sorts" and left it.Β
'Course, only toons are capable of a magnificent catastrophe as that. Β And that's why I love them. ;o;

She technically has a team (though it's more of a haphazard family she bribes into coming with her) but really she's just the Captain N of captainhood >XD I can imagine the day she got her naming license on the way into Toontown Central (aka the Make a Toon screen) Captain was one of the default names to show up before her own to pick out, and she couldn't POSSIBLY say no to picking it
And that's quite true though I think a certain talkative fella on her "team" would be trying everything in the Schtickerbook to talk her out of it
