This is Dungeons and Dragons age categories; Great Wyrm is the name for the oldest (and thus most powerful) of dragons. (Also works in Pathfinder)

I appreciate the aging depiction, but the way the dragon ages doesn't seem like it would biologically. That snout just tapers and slenders, then at the Wyrm stage just thickens. Just seems off.
