It's cartoony because it was drawn in my cartoony style, not because it's from Heroes of the Storm. She's from both games, though the outfit is from HotS.

I agree it look like the HOTS version of wizard from D3. HOTS version was so Americanized.... mostly i mean her face 
BTW in D3 this "crown" don't exist i mean that version just like her wand as well (Hallowed Scepter modified version). It was designed only for HOTS needs.
