Description Just a fun little mess around. A combination of some technical idea's I wanted to test on the concept, as well as some free form playing around in hopes of happy accidents. (top right is the only interesting thing so far, will experiment more later.) I wasn't paying attention to things like overall composition, so forgive the messiness. This experiment ended up with mostly just forced perspective things, but it provoked a few other idea's I I want to try and reproduce, Namely ones involving curved surfaces (ex: pillars that have an unequal numbers of caps to bases) as well as moving camera-forced perspective rigging for this kind of scene. It'd be fun to see how complex a camera movement could be while still forcing things.

Any comments on the technical things you can spot would be greatly appreciated, or references to other odd tricks of perspective.

3-d Escher? Not bad, not bad. Now I wand to design a story or scene around this picture. ;D

forced perspective has that effect on me too. when I look at the wired ways things connect I randomly concoct all sorts of funny mayhem in my mind. perhaps later... If I ever finish anything. but in my mind this would have to be one of those epic scale pictures with massive amount happening in multitudes of mini stories. (think Waldo's books)
