No, it is coriander.
This green powdered thing is said, "Green laver(ao nori)", and a Japanese original ingredient that dries the seaweed.
It is used also for the sushi and the rice ball(onigiri) though the kind is different.

I cannot explain it well, but am food feeling a flavor than taste.
I think that there is it by all means if there is a shop handling Japanese food near where you live in.
