What I was expecting from the 4 chapter is that Alice would be killed by the dagger. But I didn't know that it would really happen!

All too true, too much of the time. Poor Henry really got screwed over by the studio's creations, or whichever former employee took on their appearances. The only one whose identity we don't know for sure is Tall Bendy, though the widely accepted theory is that it's Joey (P.S. I love your version of Yandere Joey.)
