Description
One of my earlier commissions once I got into this art commissioning thing in earnest was a little pencil sketch of my City of Heroes character Shadowshot by the mighty Noel Rodriguez. It took a lot of time but I finally have it finished up to my satisfaction.

Roc laid these colors down and I have to say that the guy may well be a saint. I didn't like the first take on the background and he re-did it for me as well as a few other ongoing tweaks. I couldn't be happier.

Just to re-cap for those of you who dig hearing about the character's fictional history: Shadowshot is the grown-up sidekick of a hero named the Eldritch Archer who had the misfortune of dying before she could really impart much knowledge about being a hero to him. He stuck with it and a short 20 years later, he's a world class archer, fletcher, and gadgeteer. He never picked up much magic but his array of devices is staggering. He's Green Arrow with Batman's utility belt.

Roc doesn't have this up in his gallery yet but when he does, I'll add a thumbnail. Until then:
