1) Once you the adopt, its your and you may
- Change it however you like
- Resell it (but never for more than you bought it for. Also you must inform us of the new owner and ask before you resell it)
-You may post the image of our adopt, but please give credit

2) Once you have agreed to pay for the adopt, if the payment is given to us in 72 hours, the adopt will be back up for sale.

3) No refunds.

4) You are not required to give us credit EVERY time you draw the adopt, only after the first picture you have drawn the adopt. But at the same time you must never claimed to have made the original design.

5) There is no first come, first serve.

6) Please link us back any and all work of the character you adopted. We love to see our adopts being used!
