Description
For those unfamiliar Vento is a major villain in A Certain Magical Index Season 2, she's a hate filled and spiteful magical assassin sent by the catholic church to kill major players in Academy City, mainly Touma and Hyouka. her entire personality is rage and hate towards science, which blinds her to her own absurdity. She's one of the more powerful magicians seen being able to take out much of anti-skills (the cops) singlehanded and deflect a missile shot at her from close range. My first idea was to make her maybe in her 30s, but I decided it worked better to make her young, only slightly older than Touma and Accelerator. I went with Eiza Gonzalez, from From Dusk Til Dawn, she did a great job of being an anger filled villain in that and of course has fantasy horror experience.
